Summary
The Mythos Foundation, operating as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), seeks approval from MYTH token holders to distribute 2,000,000 MYTH tokens to collectors of Blankos NFT items as part of a loyalty rewards program (Blankos Loyalty Rewards). The MYTH tokens will be distributed at quarterly intervals beginning in Q1, 2025, and ending with the worldwide launch of the Blankos mobile game. The proposal seeks to enhance community and build the ecosystem by encouraging the continued loyalty and engagement of community members, in particular, early adopters in the Mythos community from before the inception of the Mythos parachain on Polkadot.
Background
Blankos Block Party PC, released by Mythical Games, was a pioneering blockchain game with over 4 million installs and nearly 1 million Blanko and Accessories NFTs in circulation. The Blankos PC game was sunset on December 18, 2023, and a new Blankos Mobile game is being developed. Blankos NFT items were available to be traded on the Mythical Marketplace until January 31, 2024, when the market was closed in preparation for the migration to Mythos parachain on Polkadot. On September 30, 2024, the migration of Blankos NFT items to Polkadot was completed, and on October 23, 2024, trading was reopened for Blankos NFT items on the Mythical Marketplace. The Blankos community remains active, and the Blankos Loyalty Rewards program intends to recognize the longstanding engagement of this community and encourage their continued participation in the ecosystem.
Objective
The proposal is to provide 2,000,000 MYTH tokens as part of a Blankos Loyalty Rewards program, with the objective to enhance community and build the ecosystem by encouraging the continued loyalty and engagement of community members, in particular, early adopters of the Mythos community from before the inception of the Mythos parachain on Polkadot.
Team
Mythical Games is to be responsible for the administration of the Blankos Loyalty Rewards program, including the setting and/or modifying of the maximum total reward amount per quarter, quarterly activation and evaluation dates, evaluation criteria and individual reward amounts, and the distribution dates. Mythical Games should not have discretion to modify the points system.
Specification
The Loyalty Rewards program will include a points system that reflects the quality of the Blankos and Accessories in each member’s collection. Extra points will be given for early season items, items leveled up in gem rushes, items with low serial numbers and top branded artist collaborations like Burberry. The higher the total number of collection points a member is holding at each determination date, the higher the reward amount they will receive that quarter. The proposed points breakdown can be found below and is subject to change depending on proposal feedback and approval.

Each quarter, individual members must log in to the Mythical Marketplace between the activation date and the evaluation date to be eligible for that quarter’s rewards. At the evaluation date, the total collection points for each individual member will be calculated based on the items in their Mythical Marketplace account, and compared against the evaluation criteria to determine their individual reward amount. Reward tokens will then be distributed on the distribution date which will be within the 30 days following the evaluation date. Reward tokens will only be paid out to the holder’s Mythical Marketplace account and are subject to a holding period where the tokens can be used on Mythical Marketplace, but can not be withdrawn

The five (5) top ranked collections by collection points will be eligible for higher reward amounts based on their ranking, as displayed in the table.
The rankings will only consider the collections of members who logged in to the Mythical Marketplace between the activation date and the evaluation date.
If the total of the individual reward amounts exceeds the maximum total reward for the quarter, then rewards will be distributed in the following priority order:
All members eligible for reward will receive their individual reward amount, up to the reward amount for Reward Tier 6 (250 MYTH).
Then, the remainder of the individual rewards will be distributed in priority order, starting with the member with the highest ranking by collection points, and then working down the ranking list until the maximum total reward is fully depleted.
If the total of the individual reward amounts is less than the maximum total reward for the quarter, then the remainder of the rewards amount will be retained for rewards in future quarters.
The rewards parameters will be assessed and reviewed each quarter to ensure the program is meeting its objective of enhancing community and building the ecosystem through loyalty and participation.
